I agree to provide services to OyeKar customers according to OyeKar service standards and agreed pricing. I understand that I am an independent service professional and not an employee of OyeKar.

I agree to:

• Provide accurate information and valid KYC documents.
• Follow OyeKar prices and service rules.
• Not charge customers additional amounts without prior customer approval.
• Maintain professional behaviour and protect customer information.
• Accept OyeKar applicable commission or service fee.
• Take responsibility for the quality and safety of my work.
• Follow OyeKar cancellation, complaint and refund policies.
• Allow OyeKar to suspend or remove my account for fraud, misconduct, repeated complaints, poor service, or violation of this agreement.
